Senior Centers

Senior Centers are an enjoyable part of our menu of services. Council on Aging provides staff and programming for four full-time, multi-functional centers in Volusia County - Deltona Sunshine Senior Center, Orange City Wava Hall Senior Center, Brannon Center in New Smyrna Beach, and Sica Hall in Holly Hill. Each center is operated through a city partnership.

Senior Centers operate daily offering educational, informational, socialization and wellness activities. Activities at all centers include, but are not limited to, computer classes, card and board games, bingo, dance, arts and crafts, movies and exercise.

Enjoy socialization and meet new friends.

Council on Aging of Volusia County is a private not-for-profit agency partially funded by the State of Florida Department of Elder Affairs with funds provided by the Community Care for the Elderly and the Older American's Act being administered by the Area Agency on Aging; ElderSource, the State of Florida Department of Children & Families, and some support from the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties  and the County of Volusia. Council on Aging of Volusia County is a Registered 501 (c)(3) Corporation.
